Corporate Membership

GOA Corporate Membership gives businesses the opportunity to take an active role in defending the Second Amendment and preserving the freedoms that allow American enterprise to thrive.

By becoming a Corporate Member, your company joins Gun Owners of America in the fight to protect the right to keep and bear arms for current and future generations. Your membership directly supports GOA’s legislative advocacy, grassroots activism, public education, and legal efforts nationwide.

GOA Corporate Membership may also provide important legal protections. When GOA achieves a victory in court, judges don't issue “universal” injunctions, but rather often enjoin enforcement only as to specified persons and entities – sometimes described generally as “GOA Members.” Corporate Members may be included in that relief. Coverage is subject to the provisions of the applicable court order and the circumstances of each case.

GOA Corporate Memberships are valid for one year and must be renewed annually to maintain active membership status.

Cost is based on company size. Each Corporate Membership protects only the covered entity and does not extend to its officers, directors, employees, agents, etc. However, each Corporate Member is entitled to provide GOA with a list of individuals associated with the entity, along with their contact information (name, address, email, phone), who desire to be GOA members, up to the numbers specified below, whose dues will be considered to have been paid by the Corporation.
